Born in 1992 in Istanbul, Umut Akkuş pursued his academic studies at Namık Kemal University in French Language and Literature and later at Anadolu University in International Relations. Throughout his educational journey, he developed a broad and multicultural perspective, which he effectively translated into his professional career with strategic and visionary steps.

He began his career as a senior executive at a company managing international investment funds. This role provided him with a solid foundation in financial strategy, global business insight, and leadership experience.

In 2016, he took his first step into the payments industry by launching his first authorized payment institution agency in Türkiye. With strong field experience, operational skills, and a user-centric service approach, he quickly established a solid presence in the sector.

Building on this foundation, he founded Winners A.Ş., a company that has grown into a trusted payment institution agency operating across multiple locations in Istanbul. Through an expanding network of service points and a loyal customer portfolio, Winners A.Ş. has achieved steady growth in the financial services industry.

Leveraging this success, he went on to establish Cash Door Payment Services Inc., which officially submitted its license application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye on February 24, 2022. With its technical and operational infrastructure fully in place, Cash Door is now in the final stages of the licensing process and will soon begin operations as a licensed payment institution.
